In my current role, I create technical resources for the library's Audio Production Rooms and Maker Studio, including user guides, tutorial videos, and workshops content. I also provide support, training, and instruction to library patrons on the use of audiovisual spaces and loanable AV equipment.

Oversaw the effective operation of the library’s public service department, including the library service desk. During this limited-term role, I was also responsible for updating all internal communications and procedural documentation, including opening and closing procedures, student support guides and item circulation procedures.

Community Podcast Initiative
Worked directly with stakeholders and local storytellers to create podcasts that help share underrepresented stories in the Calgary community. In this role, I oversaw the production of multiple podcast series from start to finish, including script writing, post-production, and promotional asset creation.
